Returns & Exchanges Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund. If you purchased over the phone rather than online, call us directly at (512) 451-3425 and we will walk you through it.
The Basics
30 Day Return Window
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be unused, in the condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
How It Works
Requesting a Return Authorization
- Email sales@tomsscuba.com or call (512) 451-3425 to request a refund.
- We will assign you a Return Authorization number (RA#).
- Mail your item, along with a copy of your receipt and your RA#, to the address below.
